We are approaching the 152nd Annual Dinner, and are ready for a slam dunk success!

Tickets & Seating


Purchased tickets were mailed on 5/2. Please contact annualdinner@lancasterchamber.com if you don’t have tickets by the end of May. Tickets were sent to the mailing address provided or that is in our system. *Sponsor tickets mailed or delivered in early May.

Bring Your Ticket

Your tickets must come with you to the event! Each ticket indicates the table and section you have been assigned to. Review table layout, here. Please share layout/table location with guests seated at your tables. NEW – tickets have  QR code on them that leads them to this page!

Meal Information

Dinner will start with a hearty house salad followed by a Braised Short Rib and Herb Crusted Cod with a Roasted Red Pepper Chimichurri, Pomme Dauphinoise Potato and Haricot Verts. The meal listed is Gluten Free.

If you or any of your guests have a dietary need (vegetarian or vegan), allergy, or restriction please contact annualdinner@lancasterchamber.com so we can make note, accommodate, and/or reserve the alternate meal option. Table number and company will be needed upon that request, and you can find that number on your enclosed dinner ticket.

Parking Information

Due to the high volume of traffic attendees may experience, the Chamber highly recommends carpooling. This will help reduce traffic, time spent parking, and allow attendees plenty of time to enjoy the entire evening’s festivities. If you received a parking pass, please follow the directions on that pass. If you did not receive a parking pass, we recommend parking at Prince Street Garage. *Note: You only receive one pass for every two guests. Additional parking passes are not available.

Special Offers


In addition to the wine that will be provided at your dinner table, compliments of sponsor Engle Hambright Davies, Inc., there will be special wine kiosks set up at the receptions. These additional wine selections will be available for purchase by the bottle to further enhance your dining experience. You can order and pay for these bottles using the pre-event order form you’ll receive via email before the event OR at the kiosk the night of the event. They will be delivered to your table during dinner. Cash or credit card will be accepted as payment.

Day of Details


Receptions are from 4pm – 6pm. Your ticket reflects your reception location.

  • Gala Reception – Main Lobby, Freedom Hall Pre-Function Area.
  • VIP Reception – Commonwealth Ballroom, 2nd Floor

Bars close at 6pm, and then guests move to Freedom Hall. The program will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. and it is important that you be seated at your table by that time as the room will become dark just before the program begins.


We encourage attendees to wear business formal/semiformal/cocktail attire.

Frequently Asked Questions

There are 10 tickets/seats at each table. If you order less than 10 tickets, you will be seated with other guests! What a great networking opportunity!

We recommend business formal, gala style, or cocktail attire for the Annual Dinner.

When you purchase a ticket – You have access and two drink tickets to be used at our Gala Reception (4pm – 6 pm), a delicious dinner prepared by the Lancaster County Convention Center, complimentary wine for the table AND the opportunity to hear from an incredible speaker, watch four Lancaster leaders be recognized and network with our local business community!
