Information

Tickets

Purchased tickets were mailed on 5/28. Please contact annualdinner@lancasterchamber.com if you don’t have tickets by June 11. Tickets were sent to the mailing address provided or that is in our system. *Sponsor tickets mailed or delivered in early May.

Bring Your Ticket

Your tickets must come with you to the event! Each ticket indicates the table and section you have been assigned to. Review table layout, here. Please share layout/table location with guests seated at your tables. Tickets have QR code on them that leads them to this page!

153nd Annual Dinner Seating Map

Dinner will start with a summer salad followed by a duo plate of Braised Short Rib with Garlic Demi and Chimichurri Sauce & Salmon with Dill Cream Sauce. Served with Haricot Verts & Fontina Rosemary Grits.

If you or any of your guests have a special dietary need (vegetarian or vegan), allergy, or restriction please contact annualdinner@lancasterchamber.com so we can make note, accommodate, and/or reserve the alternate meal option. The table number and company will be needed upon that request, and you can find that number on your enclosed dinner ticket. The meal listed above is Gluten Free.

Dietary information is due by June 10th at 5pm to guarantee meal accommodation. 

Parking Information

Due to the high volume of traffic attendees may experience, the Chamber highly recommends carpooling. This will help reduce traffic, time spent parking, and allow attendees plenty of time to enjoy the entire evening’s festivities. If you received a parking pass, please follow the directions on that pass. If you did not receive a parking pass, we recommend parking at Prince Street Garage. *Note: You only receive one pass for every two guests. Additional parking passes are not available.

Wine

Enjoy complimentary wine at your table, thanks to wine sponsor EHD. Additional bottles will be available for purchase during the reception at wine kiosks in the pre-function areas and Freedom Hall. Buy onsite—cash or card—and your selection will be delivered to your table during dinner.

Receptions

Receptions are from 4pm – 6pm. Your ticket reflects your reception location.

• Gala Reception – Main Lobby, Freedom Hall Pre-Function Area.
• VIP Reception – Commonwealth Ballroom, 2^nd Floor

Bars close at 6pm, and then guests move to Freedom Hall. The program will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. and it is important that you be seated at your table by that time as the room will become dark just before the program begins.

Attire

We encourage attendees to wear business formal/semiformal/cocktail attire. We have a special offer from Central PA Tuxedo, a Preferred Formalwear Partner for this year’s Annual Dinner ($99.95 flat rate rental).
