2026 GUEST INFORMATION
There are several important details outlined below that will ensure an exceptional experience for you and your guests at the event.
General tickets were mailed on 5/4. Each guest must bring their ticket to the event. Tickets were sent to the mailing address provided or that is in our system. Please contact annualdinner@lancasterchamber.com if you did not receive your ticket package by May 21.

Each ticket indicates the table and section you have been assigned and a QR code that leads to this page.
Dinner (GF) will start with a summer salad followed by a duo plate of Short Rib in a Red Wine Demi Glaze & Cod with Parsley & Garlic Mojo Sauce served with Green Beans Almandine & Herb Roasted Sweet Potatoes.
If you or any of your guests have a special dietary need (vegetarian or vegan), allergy, or restriction please contact annualdinner@lancasterchamber.com so we can make note, accommodate, and/or reserve the alternate meal option. The table number and company will be needed upon that request, and you can find that number on your enclosed dinner ticket. Dietary information is due by May 14 at 5pm to guarantee meal accommodation.
Due to the high volume of traffic attendees may experience, the Chamber highly recommends carpooling. This will help reduce traffic, time spent parking, and allow attendees plenty of time to enjoy the entire evening’s festivities. If you received a parking pass, please follow the directions on that pass. If you did not receive a parking pass, we recommend parking at Prince Street Garage. Ticket packages include one pass for every two guests. Additional parking passes are not available.

Wine
Enjoy complimentary wine at your table, thanks to wine sponsor EHD. Additional bottles will be available for purchase during the reception at wine kiosks in the pre-function areas and Freedom Hall. Buy onsite—cash or card—and your selection will be delivered to your table during dinner.

Receptions
Gala Reception – Main Lobby, Freedom Hall Pre-Function Area.
VIP Reception – Commons On Vine (entrance on Vine Street)
Receptions are from 4pm – 6pm. Your ticket reflects your reception location. Bars close at 6pm, and then guests move to Freedom Hall. The program will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. and it is important that you be seated at your table by that time as the room will become dark just before the program begins.
After-Party at Annie Bailey’s
Keep the evening going after the event at Annie Bailey’s Irish Public House with live entertainment, drink specials, and late-night bites. Just steps from the Convention Center, it’s a great way to continue networking and enjoy the evening in a more casual atmosphere. Thanks to our host, TFB Hospitality!
We encourage attendees to wear business formal/semiformal/cocktail attire.

There are 10 tickets/seats at each table. If you order less than 10 tickets, you will be seated with other guests – what a great networking opportunity!
We recommend business formal, gala style, or cocktail attire for the Annual Dinner.
When you purchase a ticket – You have access and two drink tickets to be used at our Gala Reception (4pm – 6 pm), a delicious dinner prepared by the Lancaster County Convention Center, complimentary wine for the table AND the opportunity to hear from an incredible speaker, watch four Lancaster leaders be recognized and network with our local business community!
